don't listen to the critics. actually most manga in Japan is done by a team. one person usually comes up with the idea, another writes the story, another person does the rough sketches, another inks them, another usually does colouring, and then a whole marketing team goes to work choosing cover art, advertising, whom to sell it to and the like. if this is how regular commercial manga is made, i see no reason why doujin can't be done by a team. The only (barely to be called) mainstream manga that i ever read that was entirely done by one person was Mutant Hanako, which was done for artistic purposes entirely in pencil, by the artist. But then again, I'm not sure if he was the person to press the button on the photocopier.
As far as I see it the only way to deal with flaming assholes is to to squash their peabrains with titanic intellect and perhaps also with a blunt object. also that moron can't spell. (btw, i don't use capital 9 time out of 10, i do it for artistic reasons.) oh and before i forget, your work is absolutely amazing. i envy your coloring skills.
